GZC3030,GZC4040,GZC5050,GZC6060 CNC high speed plate drilling machine I. Machine application:Gantry movable CNC drilling & milling machine ,with the function of drilling ,tapping and slight-milling ,can clamp carbide drill inner-coolingor high-speed metal twist drill outer cooling . Mainly used in the processing of flange, heat-exchanger, tube sheet. Two power heads of machine can work individually and simultaneously, the processing controlled by CNC, with high efficiency , precision, easily programming and simple operation.This machine as flexible CNC drilling machine , can be adapt to mass production of various work pieces.II. The machine structure and configuration:This equipment includes main bed and longitudinal sliding stable gantry, transverse sliding table, the vertical ram drilling power head, chip conveyor, hydraulic systems, cooling systems, centralized lubrication systems, electrical systems, pneumatic systems and other components.1. This machine is gantry movable drilling machine, decreased the length of machine body, saved the occupy place. The bed and beam are steel plate welded , through the weld artificial aging treatment, that ensures the stability and accuracy of machine. The rugged gantry greatly improve the rigidity of the machine tool, can guarantee large cutting parameters.Worktable is equipped with a number of transverse T-slot to clamp the clamping tools and workpieces. 2. The longitudinal (X axis ) movement of gantry is guided by #65 high precision linear rolling guide pair installed on side machine body ,with moving flexible. Adopting precise ball screw pair on both side of machine work synchronously by servo motor drive. Cleaning up the gap between guideway, with good co-working and high precision positioning. Two sides driving synchronously ensure the parallel movement of gantry and the verticality of Y axis to X axis in any directions.3. The transverse (Y axis ) movement of drilling power head is guided by two sets of NO. 65 high precision linear guide pair installed in front of gantry beam ,separately driven through synchronous belt (i=2) and precision coarse pitch roller screw pair , which is driven by AC servo motor , ensure working high precision4. Drilling power head of this machine adopts rigid precision spindle (BT50 inner cooling precision spindle), can equipped with inner cooling carbide drill bit , with high precision . Equipped with the hydraulic cylinder for tools changing, loading and unloading of tools easily. Spindle is driven by high-power spindle servo motor through synchronous belt, spindle rotation speed 10 ~3000r/min, a wide speed range.5. Vertical ram is cast structure, and Z axis moving adopts two linear roller guideways guiding, driven by AC servo motor through synchronous belt (i=2) and transmitted by precision ball screw. 6. The pneumatic system is mainly used to blow the spindle center and clean the spindle taper.
